Mary has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wyoming. Her previous experience includes Paralegal and customer service positions.

Kate Thron is a Workforce Specialist at the Casper Workforce Center for Wyoming Department of Workforce Services.  She has been working as a Youth Case Manager for the WIOA (Workforce Innovations and Opportunities Act) Program for 4 years, specializing as a Youth Case Manager.  Kate has a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. Her previous experience includes working in Adult Community Corrections, and with adolescents in a behavioral facility.
