Wyoming Behavioral Institute is hiring a HR Generalist / Recruitment Assistant.

POSITION SUMMARY:  In conjunction with the Human Resources Director (HRD), the Human Resources Generalist / Recruitment Assistant plays a supporting role in personnel-related matters concerning the hospital staff.  Primarily serves to support the recruitment and onboarding process for the hospital.  Attention to detail and demonstration of effective communication with hospital staff and prospective candidates is key to success in this role. This role will focus on the areas of coordinating and administering recruitment activities, communicating with candidates for posted positions, assisting with policies, procedures or programs that relate to all phases of human resources.  This role involves some general work in employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development and HR filing and record keeping systems.  Provides the hospital staff and Administration with general support from a professional and technical HR perspective as necessary to meet regulatory requirements.  This role provides a wide-range of administrative and support functions in the HR Department.
