G.R.O.W. Beyond Imposter Syndrome: Shifting From Self-Doubt to Confidence is a dynamic 45-minute SHRM program designed specifically for HR professionals who often navigate complex responsibilities behind the scenes. Led by Paula Mongold, SHRM-CP, this session explores the unique ways Imposter Syndrome shows up in HR roles—from the invisible nature of our work to the pressure of supporting others while managing our own self-doubt.

Through the G.R.O.W. Model—Ground Yourself, Recognize Achievements, Overcome Self-Doubt, and Welcome Failure—attendees will learn practical, evidence-based tools to strengthen confidence, reframe imposter thoughts, and cultivate psychologically safe, growth-oriented workplaces. Participants will walk away with actionable strategies they can implement immediately, both for themselves and the employees they support.

Perfect for HR professionals at any level, this training offers reflection, real-world application, and an empowering perspective on becoming a more confident, impactful HR leader.
