Training title: Are you getting the most bang for your buck in your employee benefit package? 

Topics will include: 

• Controlling the rising cost of healthcare – and how it impacts a medical plan
• The difference between fully-insured vs partially self-funded insurance plans
  • I like this education topic, as I think the words “self-funded” scare a lot of employers because they lack education of what it really looks like.  This can also tie into the first topic.
• Using analytics to assist in providing the “right benefits”

Sean Gifford is a Licensed Employer Benefits Insurance Consultant and Agent for HUB International.  With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Sean works with clients of all shapes and sizes.  Sean’s passion for his career is rooted in building quality relationships, problem solving, and educating through a “keep it simple” approach.

As a lifelong Wyoming resident, Sean spends his free time with his wife Amber and their 3 sons – Ian, Brett, and Braylon.  As a heavily sports-oriented family, you’ll often find them at the field or in the gym.
