Topic: “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”

Genuine teamwork in most organizations is something that can be very difficult to achieve, yet remains vital to the success of any company.  Organizations often fail to achieve teamwork because they unknowingly fall prey to five natural but dangerous pitfalls of teamwork.  “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team” is a book by Patrick Lencioni that looks at the hazards that keeps teams from reaching their full potential.  This presentation will explore these issues, as well as introduce ideas to improve teamwork throughout the organization.
