Elissa’s career in the training and development industry began 23 years ago with Dale Carnegie & Associates.

In 2018 she left DC&A to start Elevate Wyoming. As the owner of Elevate, she contributes to the team as a curriculum designer, program facilitator, and project lead.

She is also the Executive Director for Impact Wyoming, a local non-profit organization that works to build stronger Wyoming communities through youth engagement.

Active in our community, Elissa has been a Rotarian for 6 years and serves as the Casper Interact Club Rotary Advisor. She also serves as Council Advisor for the City of Casper Youth Council, Chair for the Casper Committee on Foreign Relations, and District VII Representative for the University of Wyoming Distinguished Alumni Selection Committee .
