Selina Hoflund began her HR career at The Boeing Company and have spent 30 years working for organizations in the Manufacturing, Energy, and Healthcare sectors.  While serving as the Chief HR Officer at Wyoming Medical Center 3 years ago, she discovered that her greatest contribution to the Corporate world lies in mentoring leaders & individuals and helping them achieve personal & professional excellence. She is a John Maxwell certified Mentor/Coach, Speaker, and Trainer and is the author of the book titled Release 2 Thrive: A Guide to Getting Unstuck and Achieving Your Desired Results, scheduled for release April 8^th.

Selina a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University, an Executive MBA from Hawaii Pacific University, has a BS in Management Science from Central Washington University. She is certified by the Association for Integrative Psychology as a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy, and a Master Practitioner of Mental and Emotional Release®. When she is not working with organizations, Selina travels nationally and internationally for her speaking engagements and lives in Casper with her husband and 2 cats.
