Trust & Emotional Intelligence
As humans in the workplace, we often forget that we work with other humans. Understanding Emotional intelligence (EI), allows you to identify emotions, feelings, and behaviors that may occur in yourself or others at work. Within this framework, Trust is a component that is often lost or broken in the organization. What happens when trust is broken? This is an interactive discussion with the following outcomes:
By the end of the training, participants will be able to…
1. Describe personal responsibility and identify how it relates to success in relationships
2. Describe past and present personal choices that impact relationships
3. Be able to hold and participate in relevant and active discussion and collaboration with peers
4. Recognize cultural differences and demonstrate respect for multiple perspectives
5. Identify behaviors in self and others
