Presenter James McDonough has been an HR Research Consultant with MSEC since 2012. Prior to joining MSEC: Community College of Denver for 10 years as Executive Director of Corporate Training and Continuing Education and Director of a joint workforce program with Denver Office of Economic Development. Private sector experience: Sr. HR Generalist at Allstate Insurance Co.; District Trainer/Sr. Store Manager with Starbucks Coffee Company. James earned a BA from the University of Colorado, and studied abroad in Bordeaux, France.
