    "Utilizing Salary Surveys to Support Your Compensation Program"

    The presentation will cover the following areas:

    Selecting salary surveys

    Establishing market pay levels or ranges

    Evaluating your market competitiveness on an regular basis

    How salary surveys can help you even if you don't have a formal compensation program

    Presentation to be given by:

    Denise Hasskamp has more than fifteen years of human resource experience focusing on compliance; market competitive job evaluation and pricing; the utilization of technology for HR administration; integration of newly acquired businesses from a compensation perspective; and executive and sales compensation.  She has extensive experience in implementing and administering HR programs on a global basis.

     

    Currently Denise works for Wyoming Machinery Company as their Compliance Manager.  Previously she worked for Orbitz Worldwide as the Director of Compensation. While at Orbitz Denise was responsible for global compensation programs for over 1,400 employees in 22 countries.   Denise has worked as a Human Resources professional for the City of Casper, Travelport, Galileo International, Convergent Communications, Time Warner Cable, and The Scripps Research Institute.

     Denise is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
