Bill is a professional manager and educator with experience in project management, supervision, team-building, business and strategic planning, change management, and design and implementation of customer defined curriculum and training (business, safety, and general interest). Bill also has extensive experience in community, business, workforce, and economic development. Emphasis on working with values driven, results oriented, profit and non-profit organizations.

Carrie Gomez Existing Business & Community Developer CAEDA
As the EB&C Developer, Carrie is responsible for the support of CAEDA's mission and goals through creation and management of existing business and community development programs. In addition, she is responsible for the management of investor relations initiatives and the development and monitoring of CAEDA budget.
