We are very fortunate to have Nancy Sienko, EEOC-Denver Director available to present to our Chapter and Friends on Tuesday, May 22 at 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm at the Gateway Building at Casper CollegeRoom 225 (south end of the building).  The topic of Nancy’s presentation will be Disparate Impact and particularly how it applies with criminal background checks and credit reports.
